Under the Full Management option your property will be in safe hands being managed by an ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings) registered professional with years of experience and in depth knowledge of laws and legislation surrounding your property covering the Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and Ringwood area.

At Gordon Barker Residential Lettings we offer 3 levels of service for your property that allow you to be as involved in the process as you wish to be:

Full Management

Under the Full Management service, as Landlord, you will be allowed to enjoy the rental of your property without the time consuming and complicated legal aspects of the tenant sourcing and daily management of your property. Gordon Barker Residential Lettings’ extensive Full Management service is ideal for the busy professional and includes property marketing, tenant sourcing, tenancy agreements, arranging repairs/maintenance using trusted contractors and conducting of regular property inspections

Tenant Find

Under the Tenant Find service a suitable tenant is sourced, selected and referenced on your behalf utilising the advertising and marketing that Gordon Barker Residential Lettings have access to leaving you with the option to manage the property yourself once the tenant has moved in using one of our Tenancy Agreements.

Rent Collection

Under the Rent collection service, as Landlord, you will be subject to all the features of the Tenant Find service and still have the ability to manage the property yourself but leave the headache of collecting the rent to Gordon Barker Residential Lettings.
